About the role
Clinical Psychologist working with infants, children, and adolescents up to 18 years with moderate to severe mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Providing psychological assessment and intervention in ICAMHS outpatient clinics across Nelson, Motueka, or Golden Bay.
- Managing referrals and delivering tailored mental health support.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings to contribute psychological insights.
- Accessing a CPD fund for ongoing professional development.
- Receiving supervision, development opportunities, and collegial support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified Clinical Psychologist with relevant experience in child and adolescent mental health.
- Strong assessment and therapeutic skills tailored to youth populations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
