Responsibilities

  • Lead operational execution for the commercial launch of the company’s first product in 2027, collaborating with multiple departments
  • Oversee Finance, People, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Service functions, building and scaling teams where necessary
  • Scale the company from ~70 to ~150 employees using AI for improved operational efficiency
  • Implement and manage the company's operational cadence, including business reviews and board preparation
  • Facilitate the integration of commercial demand with technical supply, ensuring a smooth operations process between teams
  • Direct the buildout of a complex product distribution platform in collaboration with engineering and commercial leaders
  • Cultivate a customer service organization that aligns with launch goals

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of operational experience in high-growth startups with expertise in building and scaling operations functions
  • Experience working in both startup and scaled environments, having built systems from scratch and improved them significantly thereafter
  • Technical credibility in overseeing engineering, data, or relevant technical disciplines without being a subject matter expert
  • Ability to engage with and provide constructive feedback to commercial leadership, ensuring effective management growth
  • Strong critical thinking skills, able to distill complex problems into fundamental questions for broader understanding
