Responsibilities

• Design and implement the company's operating cadence and accountability system
• Drive execution against company performance metrics and KPIs
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and initiative sequencing
• Translate business strategy into actionable operating plans and quarterly goals
• Oversee end-to-end customer implementation processes with a focus on cost and timeline management
• Enhance customer service quality and retention strategies through proactive measures
• Build operational infrastructure to support rapid organizational growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational leadership roles within SaaS or healthcare technology environments
• Proven experience in building scalable service delivery and client support organizations
• Expertise in automation and AI deployment to optimize operations
• Strong track record of improving service quality and reducing customer churn
• High emotional intelligence with exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay

$300,000 – $400,000 annually
