About the role
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the organization, including finance, human resources, and facilities management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar executive position.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
