Job Summary
Cornestone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, is seeking an exceptional Operating Director to lead its branch's growth in Covington, KY. This role offers competitive compensation, profit-sharing, and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners.
Conduct in-home assessments to build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
Cultivate a culture where your team feels empowered and motivated.
Qualifications And Skills
A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
