How you’ll make an impact in this role

Formulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership. Participate in development of the organization's vision, policies and short- and long-term objectives. Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions. Serve as liaison between Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.

Education

  • Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience

  • Minimum requirement: 10 years of experience required. 15 years of experience preferred.
  • Preferred: 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
