Chief of Staff, Global Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Of Staff Global Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with the COO to enhance decision-making and strategic communications Establish and maintain the operating rhythm and governance framework for Global Operations Define and prioritize the Global Operations roadmap for clear initiative ownership Lead or assist in strategic projects requiring cross-functional teamwork Prepare high-quality communication materials for leadership and governance discussions Collaborate with various teams on program delivery and operational initiatives Utilize technology and AI to enhance productivity and maintain communication quality Qualifications 5-7 years in strategy, operations, or program environments with a focus on enterprise transformation Proven experience supporting senior executives with strategic communications and decision materials History of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives or governance forums Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex issues into actionable plans Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables Demonstrated maturity and discretion in handling confidential information Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams Benefits Work closely with the COO in a high-visibility role Shape the operational governance of a global function Gain broad exposure across multiple strategic areas and teams Join a developing team focused on improving decision-making processes Enhance your leadership influence in a mission-driven global organization Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
