Chief of Staff, Global Operations

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Chief of Staff for Global Operations. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. Remote, US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to enhance decision-making and strategic communications
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm and governance framework for Global Operations
• Define and prioritize the Global Operations roadmap for clear initiative ownership
• Lead or assist in strategic projects requiring cross-functional teamwork
• Prepare high-quality communication materials for leadership and governance discussions
• Collaborate with various teams on program delivery and operational initiatives
• Utilize technology and AI to enhance productivity and maintain communication quality

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in strategy, operations, or program environments with a focus on enterprise transformation
• Proven experience supporting senior executives with strategic communications and decision materials
• History of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives or governance forums
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex issues into actionable plans
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Demonstrated maturity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams

Pay

$175,000 – $200,000 annually
