We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About the role (maybe not needed), Responsibilities, Requirements (Qualifications, Skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes: description of role, responsibilities, candidate requirements, pay (salary range, bonus, equity, commissions), location (home base New York, travel). No explicit benefits listed besides equity, bonus, commissions. Could treat that as Benefits? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include. We have content for Responsibilities, Requirements (candidate qualifications), Pay (salary range, bonus, equity, commissions). Possibly Benefits could be equity, bonus, commissions but those are part of Pay? Might combine. Schedule: location and travel expectations could be Schedule? Not exactly schedule but work location/travel. Could treat as "Location & Travel". But instruction says use those headings only if content exists. We have location and travel info, could fit under Schedule? Might be better to create a "Location" section but not in list. Since only allowed headings are those examples; we could still use other headings? The instruction: "use

It says e.g., implying those are examples but we could use others? Safer to stick to those. We have content for Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe split into Qualifications and Skills), Pay. Benefits maybe not explicit separate; but we could include Benefits as equity, bonus, commissions. However those are also part of Pay. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one Pay section. Schedule: location and travel could be under Schedule? Not exactly schedule but could be considered work schedule (travel). Might include Schedule section with location and travel expectations.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like application instructions, EEO, etc. Also remove "When & How to Apply" etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include details: company description, role description, responsibilities bullet list, candidate requirements bullet list, pay details, location/travel.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep specifics.
Let's extract substantive content:
Company description: Swim Recruiting conducting confidential search on behalf of an AI and media technology company operating across Canada, US, Europe. Delivers integrated solution with one connected platform. Not selling hardware, not pushing major system change. Taking data/intelligence customers already have, connecting to monetize real results. Over 50 clients in 4+ countries, product used in thousands of locations. Following recent reverse takeover and stock exchange listing, entered next phase of growth: scaling platform into new markets and verticals while building capital markets profile of a public growth company.

What- the Role: Swim Recruiting engaged for new Global CFO whose primary mandate is capital: raising it, structuring it, building relationships that keep it flowing. Not back-office finance. Strategic externally-facing CFO who treats fundraising as core competency, done before at scale, arrives with active network of institutional investors, private credit and structured finance providers, investment bankers, strategic partners ready to engage day one. Own capital strategy end to end: from bridge financing and working capital facilities today, to equity raises, debt facilities, potential strategic or M&A-related financing as company scales post-listing. Primary ambassador to capital markets, working alongside Founder & Chairman and Global COO to translate growth story into funding. Rare opportunity to be architect of capital strategy for newly public fast-scaling tech company, direct access to Founder & Chairman and seat at leadership table shaping next chapter.
Responsibilities: list:
- Capital Raising & Investor Relations

- Own investor relations for a TSXV-listed company, managing relationships with existing shareholders, institutional investors, analysts, market makers.
- Build and run pipeline of prospective investors, lenders, strategic capital partners, personally lead high-stakes negotiations through to close.
- Strategic Relationships & Network
- Bring and actively maintain strong network of senior relationships across venture capital, private equity, private credit funds, merchant banks, family offices, institutional lenders.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with strategic partners and potential acquirers/acquisition targets as company evaluates inorganic growth opportunities.
- Financial & Capital Markets Strategy
- Develop and continuously refine company's overall capital strategy, funding roadmap, capital structure — balancing dilution, cost of capital, growth speed.
- Partner with Founder & Chairman, Global COO, Board on corporate development, M&A evaluation, long-range financial planning.
- Own financial narrative for company, including investor decks, corporate updates, public disclosure in coordination with securities counsel.
- Governance & Core Finance Oversight
- Ensure finance function — reporting, treasury, compliance — meets standards of a public company, working with country/regional finance leads across Canada, US, Europe, Turkey.
- Ensure all financing activity structured and disclosed in compliance with TSXV and applicable securities requirements.
- Present regularly to Board and Audit Committee on capital position, funding strategy, financial performance.
Who- The Candidate (requirements):
- 15+ years senior finance leadership, demonstrated track record of personally leading and closing capital raises (equity and/or debt), ideally across multiple cycles and in more than one financing environment.
- Direct experience as CFO, Head of Corporate Development, or senior capital markets executive at a public company (listed on Canadian or American stock exchange), ideally a post-RTO or recent-IPO business.
- Healthy, active and current network of relationships across North American (and ideally into UK, Europe, Asia!) with institutional investors, private credit/structured finance providers, investment banks, family offices. This network is a requirement, not nice-to-have.
- Strong grounding in Canadian and/or American public company finance, securities regulation, governance.
- Proven ability to build financial narrative and materials that support capital raising, including investor decks, financial models, data rooms.
- Comfortable operating at both altitudes — strategic capital-raising mandate and enough command of underlying financials to be credible with investors, lenders, Board.
- Experience in technology, AI/analytics, media, or adjacent sectors highly preferred, almost required; will consider CFOs with highly relevant work experience and networks who perhaps haven’t yet worked in this space.
- Willingness to travel regularly across company's markets in North America, UK, Europe, potentially Asia. Must have valid passport and no travel restrictions.

- Founder would love to see CFO’s total earnings increase in-step with company’s growth.
- Looking for CFO who thrives on having “skin in the game”, highly motivated by potential rewards of sweat equity, corporate finance savvy, successful capital raising activities.
Where (Location):
- Home base of New York, with frequent business travel across North America, occasional trips to UK, Europe, potentially Asia.
- Must have valid passport and no travel restrictions.
We should not include "When & How to Apply" etc.
Now produce HTML fragment with sections: maybe About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe split into Qualifications and Skills?), Benefits (maybe equity, bonus, commissions), Pay (base salary range), Schedule (location/travel). But we need to avoid filler headings. We have content for all these.
Let's decide sections:
- About the role: could include company description and role overview (the narrative). That seems appropriate.
- Responsibilities: as above.
- Requirements: combine candidate qualifications (experience, network, etc.) maybe also include skills (financial narrative building, etc.) but we can just have Requirements.
- Benefits: equity, bonus, commissions (maybe also mention upside). Could be separate.
- Pay: base salary range.
- Schedule: location and travel expectations.
We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience" is actual content, it's okay. It's not filler like "N/A". It's a description.
Now produce HTML:
