Chief of Staff For CEO

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping drive priorities, follow up on decisions, and keep multiple workstreams moving across corporate and Family Office matters
- Attend meetings with and, when appropriate, on behalf of the principal; capture key takeaways, next steps, and accountability items
- Coordinate closely with two Executive Assistants to ensure seamless communication, scheduling, preparation, and execution
- Remain hands-on and willing to assist with scheduling, inbound calls, administrative follow-through, and other details when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of a college degree required
- Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO, founder, principal, or similarly high-level executive in a complex environment
- Highly organized, detail oriented, productive, and known for outstanding follow-through
- Sophisticated problem solver with excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Clear, polished communicator who is comfortable interacting with senior executives, advisors, staff, and external partners
- Ego-free, service-minded, and willing to manage both strategic priorities and tactical details
- The principal would happily consider candidates with a strong Finance or Legal background
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., in-office in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
- The role requires a 24/7 mentality and availability when urgent matters arise.
- No significant travel is expected.
Compensation
- Annual base compensation $300,000 - $450,000, depending on experience
- Annual discretionary bonus and full benefits
