About the role

Sevaro Health is a physician-led, AI-powered virtual neurology and telestroke company. The Chief of Staff position supports the CEO and Founder, Dr. Rajiv Narula.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO's operating rhythm: leadership meetings, board prep, quarterly planning, and cross-functional reviews.
  • Track and drive follow-through on strategic commitments across sales, clinical operations, and product teams.
  • Build and maintain the company's internal scorecards, KPIs, and reporting cadences.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between departments, catching misalignment early and resolving it before it becomes a bottleneck.
  • Lead high-priority, time-bound projects from scoping through delivery.
  • Prepare business cases, partnership frameworks, and strategic memos.
  • Manage RFP responses and partnership due diligence.
  • Coordinate across clinical, commercial, and product teams to execute on CEO-driven initiatives.
  • Draft internal communications, all-hands agendas, and leadership updates.
  • Prepare talking points, briefing documents, and follow-up materials for investor meetings, conferences, and key stakeholder conversations.
  • Act as a sounding board for the CEO on organizational design, hiring priorities, and team dynamics.
  • Help manage the company’s Advisory Board.
  • Identify operational gaps and build lightweight processes.
  • Support recruiting efforts for senior hires.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, management consulting, venture-backed startups, or a chief of staff/business operations role.
  • Familiarity with hospital systems, payer dynamics, RCM coding, billing and reimbursement processes is preferred.
  • Healthtech experience working with physicians is a significant advantage.

What You Are

  • A fast learner and quick thinker.
  • Strong analytical ability that spans finance, clinical operations, and technology.
  • Effective across multiple stakeholders: hospital administrators, neurologists, sales teams, engineers, investors, and policy advocates.
  • A clear, concise communicator who can write a board memo, run a leadership meeting, and give the CEO candid feedback in the same afternoon.
  • A bias toward action, ready to solve problems without waiting for permission.

What Sets This Role Apart

This role offers direct access to a founder and CEO who is simultaneously running clinical operations and building a technology company. You will see the full picture: revenue strategy, clinical quality, product development, policy advocacy, and fundraising. You will also have visibility into and access to the CEO’s personal network, which spans healthcare executives, investors, policy leaders, and professional athletes. The exposure and experience you gain here will be unlike anything available in a siloed corporate role.
