Chief of Staff, CRO

For our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff, CRO to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leadership to keep top priorities moving forward across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, executive presence, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This position is focused on improving leadership effectiveness, aligning stakeholders, and creating the structure needed to execute strategic business goals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $164,000 – $261,500 annually Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to set and drive top organizational priorities Establish strategic relationships across teams to address business needs Manage and optimize the executive calendar and ensure proper briefing for activities Drive business strategy and manage progress against key operating goals Liaise with leadership on key initiatives and manage executive priorities Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned Create operational processes to improve executive productivity and team focus Qualifications 5+ years of administrative experience in a global software or technology organization High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience collaborating across matrixed teams with diplomacy and discretion Experience managing virtual meetings and collaboration tools such as GoToMeeting and Google Hangouts Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build a personal network Intermediate project coordination experience Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially with senior leaders Benefits Comprehensive support for work-life balance Access to resources for personal and professional growth Opportunities to work with cutting-edge AI technology Engagement in meaningful projects that impact customers A culture that encourages innovation and redefining possibilities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
