Chief of Staff, Co-CEO
About the role
The organization is building AI to simulate the world by merging art and science, believing world models are at the frontier of artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems—robotics, disease, scientific discovery—so real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from mistakes, accelerated through simulation. This role is for a Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO, serving as a high-leverage operator to drive clarity, execution, and scale. The position is execution-heavy, requiring ownership of critical initiatives and helping scale a generational company.
