About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner for the CEO on business priorities and leadership effectiveness
- Prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings and engagements with comprehensive briefing materials
- Identify key decisions for the CEO, ensuring focused attention on high-impact work
- Manage confidential initiatives with discretion, particularly involving sensitive corporate activities
- Lead the design and execution of the annual planning process and cross-functional alignment
- Drive organizational design projects and assess leadership frameworks with senior leaders
- Take charge of special projects, transforming ambiguity into structured initiatives
Qualifications
- 14+ years of experience in strategy, operations, communications, or management consulting
- Prior Chief of Staff or equivalent experience supporting a C-suite executive at a public or high-growth tech company is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in executive communications with visibility to public markets or large audiences
- Background in organizational design, annual planning, or cross-functional program management is essential
- Exceptional written communication skills, able to draft a variety of materials with clarity
Pay
$200,000 – $250,000 annually
