Chief of Staff, CEO

For our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff, CEO to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will serve as a strategic force multiplier for the CEO, shaping executive communications, operating cadence, and high-priority initiatives across the organization. You will help translate leadership priorities into clear narratives, well-run meetings, and coordinated execution that keeps the business aligned. The position also partners closely with the executive team on board and investor materials, executive visibility, and cross-functional follow-through. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $215,000 – $235,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and deliver impactful CEO communications for diverse audiences Prepare the CEO for public speaking engagements and manage speaking requests Draft company-wide announcements and thought leadership content Set agendas and drive discussions for executive team meetings Organize key meeting calendars and logistics for the executive team Own the narrative and coordination for board and investor materials Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from start to finish Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, or business operations roles Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to write in a senior executive's voice Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data synthesis Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and collaboration tools Strong AI fluency and experience applying AI tools in executive work Ability to manage multiple complex projects without formal authority Experience with operating cadence design and annual planning processes Benefits Fully covered medical premiums for employees Flexible PTO and dedicated Recharge Holidays each quarter 401(k) plan with company contributions Access to coworking spaces globally $10,000 lifetime fertility stipend Remote work options available Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
