Key Responsibilities
- Investor Communications & Outreach
- Support investor relations efforts, including coordinating outreach, scheduling meetings, and maintaining ongoing communication with current and prospective investors
- Organize investor roadshows, including planning travel, setting meetings across the investor network, and preparing materials
- Manage CRM (Salesforce or equivalent), ensuring investor data, interaction notes, and pipelines are accurate and up to date
- Aid in preparing investor updates, presentations, and fundraising materials
- Manage DocSend materials and analytics
- Marketing & External Communications
- Develop and distribute marketing updates and communications to deal targets and venture capital general partners
- Maintain and update the Saints Capital website, including content, bios, and news
- Manage social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn, X), including content planning and posting
- Support branding and messaging initiatives targeted at venture capital general partners and the broader ecosystem
- GP & Ecosystem Engagement
- Coordinate meetings for partners with venture capital general partners and industry contacts
- Organize events, dinners, and small group gatherings with investors, GPs, and ecosystem partners
- Help manage relationships across the firm’s network by ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication
- Chief of Staff & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the Managing Partner and partners, including calendar coordination and meeting logistics and Phoenix office logistics and oversight
- Aid in planning internal meetings, offsites, and firm events
- Support general firm operations and special projects as needed
- Cook up Managing Partners' work obligations across different funds, companies, and family obligations
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, operations, consulting, finance, and executive support
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable interacting with investors, founders, and venture capital professionals
- Knowledge of or ability to learn financial terms like IRR and Net Asset Values and have a general financial understanding of investing terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing tools (DocSend, email platforms, CMS)
- Proficiency with basic website management and social media platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in venture capital, startups, and the investment ecosystem
Benefits
Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base salary + bonus
