We track every response across TV, print, and digital channels to deliver cost-effective, qualified leads that convert. While Lead Surge is a remote company, this role is hybrid and requires periodic travel to our Easton, MA office.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner and primary liaison between the CEO and the agency’s leadership team. This role translates the CEO’s vision into actionable results by managing the administrative and operational needs of the leadership team, ensuring organizational alignment and high performance.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage four senior leadership team members: Creative Director, Director of Analytics, Sr. Technology and Operations Lead, and Technical Product Owner.
- Act as the primary translator of CEO directives, ensuring clarity and timely execution while providing the CEO with necessary context from leadership.
- Handle people administrative tasks for four agency leaders, including performance management, coaching, development, goal-setting, and approval of schedules and requests.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to remove organizational silos and align workflows across departments.
- Set and monitor clear performance metrics for direct reports, ensuring departmental outputs meet quality standards and timelines.
- Lead the resolution of operational roadblocks and conflicts among leadership to maintain a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Partner with the CEO and VP to prepare for leadership meetings, ensuring all department heads are aligned on the agenda.
- Maintain accurate documentation of executive decisions and follow up on action items to ensure full implementation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in agency leadership or a senior management role.
- Proven track record of managing a multi-disciplinary team of directors or department heads.
- Experience managing or closely partnering with cross-disciplinary teams spanning creative, technical, and analytics functions; direct management of leaders in IT, data/analytics, or creative disciplines is strongly preferred.
Work Environment
- Remote role with occasional travel to the Easton, MA office for team meetings.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $165,000 - $195,000 USD per year. The actual base salary will depend on factors including education, experience, skills, and location.
