Role and Responsibilities
Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and company-wide priorities
Lead cross-functional projects spanning operations, finance, GTM, product, and organizational development
Support executive decision-making through analytical modeling, business insights, and strategic research
Build and maintain operating models, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support company planning and performance management
Aid in board preparation, investor communications, and fundraising-related workstreams
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes and systems across the organization
Own special projects and strategic initiatives from conception through execution
Help ensure alignment, accountability, and execution across leadership priorities
Qualifications
Previous experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategic finance, business operations, or high-growth startups
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
Prior proven ability to operate autonomously and drive projects forward with minimal oversight
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
High level of proficiency in Excel and presentation development
Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions and think creatively
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with constantly shifting priorities
Willingness to develop a deep understanding of the real estate and mortgage industry (prior experience not required)
Desire to help shape processes, systems, and culture from the ground up
