Chief of Staff

About the role

Turbo AI is an AI education company with over 12 million users in less than two years. You upload your materials, we turn them into bite‑sized lessons that make learning fast and actually fun. We're hiring a Chief of Staff: you'd be the glue. There's a long list of things that fall between people at a company moving this fast, and right now most of them just fall on the floor. We've needed someone to own them for a while. This role comes with a ton of autonomy, you'd have real latitude to decide what matters and go do it rather than waiting to be handed things. Everyone here is young, ambitious and smart, and the team moves fast. If you want range more than a title, you'll like it here. New York, in person.

Responsibilities

• Running interviews with people we're thinking about hiring
• Working with creators and helping with growth strategy (our main growth channel is all organic UGC, with hundreds of creators on TikTok and Instagram)
• Digging into product analytics to figure out what's actually happening
• Planning and hosting events at our New York office
• Interfacing with legal and accounting
• Talking to customers about what's good, what's bad, what's missing
• A steady stream of things nobody predicted on Monday

Requirements

• US undergrad degree
• Authorized to work in the US
• Genuinely strong communication — a lot of this job is talking to people and writing things down clearly
• Comfortable working with AI tools

Qualifications

• Experience working with creators or in marketing (strongly valued)
• Good eye for design (strongly valued)
• Experience using AI coding tools before (strongly valued)
