About the role

The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, helping drive company priorities, improve organizational alignment, and accelerate execution across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, helping translate vision into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive the execution of the company’s most important strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress across the organization.
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to establish organizational priorities, create alignment around key objectives, and maintain accountability for results.
  • Facilitate executive operating rhythms, including leadership team meetings, strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and follow-up actions to ensure organizational priorities are executed effectively.
  • Facilitate effective planning and decision-making processes by ensuring leaders have the information, insights, and frameworks necessary to focus on what matters most.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, clarifying ownership, removing obstacles, and driving timely execution across departments.
  • Monitor progress against strategic goals and key performance indicators, providing regular updates, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Act as a force multiplier for the CEO by ensuring the company is focused on the right priorities, executing effectively, and achieving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • PREFERRED: 5–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, project management, business transformation, or executive leadership support.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action and drive execution of high-impact initiatives across a complex organization.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
