Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and accountability processes that keep the company moving against its strategic commitments
• Ensure decisions get made – not deferred – and commitments don't get dropped across the organization
• Be the connective tissue between strategy and execution; pre-empt gaps before they compound
• Lead the design and buildout of agent workflows, knowledge systems, and AI-augmented operating cadences
• Drive AI adoption across the leadership team through demos, rituals, and hands-on modeling of the behavior you're asking others to adopt

Requirements

• Hands-on AI experience: you've built workflows, shipped prompts, designed systems, and have a genuine and evolving point of view on what works
• A track record of taking on more than was asked and delivering – across expanding scope in one organization or multiple
• Effective with people you don't manage – you earn credibility through the quality of your thinking, not your title
• Fast and decisive under uncertainty – you know the difference between reversible and irreversible decisions and treat them accordingly
• A "figure it out" default – you pick up what nobody owns and treat company outcomes as personal accountability
• Self-aware about your operating costs – high drive is exactly what we want, paired with the consciousness to manage it
