Job Summary
Quantum Industrial Services is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This role requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong communication skills.
About the Role
The Chief of Staff will partner directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. They will lead cross-functional projects focused on operational improvement, scalability, and business growth. This role does not involve administrative support.
Responsibilities
Partner directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
Lead cross-functional projects focused on operational improvement, scalability, and business growth
Support mergers and acquisitions activities including diligence coordination, integration planning, and execution tracking
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational performance metrics
Prepare board materials, executive presentations, and strategic reporting
Facilitate leadership meetings and drive accountability for follow-through across departments
Help improve organizational infrastructure, processes, and operational systems
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to improve alignment and execution
Identify operational inefficiencies, business risks, and process improvement opportunities
Support executive decision-making through financial analysis and strategic research
Manage highly confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion
Support additional projects and initiatives as needed to support company objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Construction Management, Industrial Management, or related field required
MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff role or comparable strategic operations role supporting executive leadership
Strong financial background and business acumen required
Experience working within a private equity-backed organization highly preferred
Mergers & acquisitions experience highly preferred
Strong experience with KPI reporting, executive dashboards, operational reporting, and strategic project management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Hightly organized with strong prioritization and follow-through abilities
Ability to influence and build credibility across executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
