About the role
The ideal candidate is an operator who is eager to gain a seat at the table during a pivotal stage of Ghost's growth and develop a deep understanding of how our business operates.
Responsibilities
- Project manage cross-functional product initiatives sourced from the CEO and customer feedback, by defining scope, owners, and timelines, and surfacing any blockers before they become delays
- Translate customer insights from the CEO's sales conversations into structured product asks, partnering with product and engineering leads to prioritize them
- Maintain a single source of truth on top-priority initiatives so leadership has visibility
- Cover the creation and upkeep of sales collateral, which includes pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and case studies by working with marketing, product, and sales leadership
- Project manage CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting cadences, and weekly sales reviews so the team has clean data and clear next steps
- Identify operational friction slowing reps down and partner with the right owners to resolve it
- Support the onboarding and ramp of new sales hires by orchestrating training plans and resources
- Manage prep and follow-up for the CEO's external meetings, including briefing documents, agendas, and post-meeting action tracking
- Triage incoming requests and decisions, route work to the right internal owners, and draft communications on his behalf
- Support leadership meetings, all-hands, investor updates, and board preparation
- Cover cross-functional efforts to identify, prioritize, and engage target brand partners — running pipeline tracking and reporting for supply-side opportunities and partnering with Sales to keep outreach, pilots, and onboarding on schedule
- Synthesize learnings from partner conversations into playbooks the team can repeat
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or operating roles at a high-growth startup

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong judgment on what matters most in any given week
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup environment
- Low ego, high ownership — energized by making others more effective rather than seeking individual spotlight
- Previous experience in marketplace, retail, or e-commerce a plus
