Cascade is seeking a Chief of Staff with deep domain expertise in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) to drive business operations and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal operations, managing everything from complex spreadsheet modeling to setting up sophisticated workflow automations.
- Support business development and sales efforts by leveraging your deep understanding of how architecture and engineering firms win and execute work.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, operating without much structure to solve critical bottlenecks and scale the organization.
Requirements
- Possesses a formal training and professional background in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, or construction management.
- Demonstrates proven experience in business development, operations, or sales within an established AEC firm or a high-growth startup environment.
- Is a practical, hands-on operator who is comfortable building automations and working directly in spreadsheets to create organizational structure.
