Chief of Staff

Hill Research is building the AI infrastructure layer for clinical trial biometrics. Our platform, TriClick™, uses agentic AI to automate statistical programming, CDISC workflows, TFL generation, and regulatory submission processes for pharmaceutical companies. We work with top pharma sponsors and are redefining how clinical trials move from locked database to FDA submission. We are looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team across strategy, operations, fundraising, partnerships, and execution. This is not a “coordination” role. This is an operator role for someone who wants to help build a category-defining AI company.
