Responsibilities

Duties include direct patient care, as well as teaching and supervising nurse anesthetists and residents. Opportunities for clinical and basic science research are available, and participation is encouraged.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: M.D. or equivalent degree.
  • Completion of an accredited residency required with sub-certifications/training highly preferred.
• LICENSES: Must be Board certified or Board eligible by the ABA. Eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee. Current unrestricted licensure as a physician in Tennessee. Current certification DEA number
