About the role
The CHIEF OF FINANCIAL METHODOLOGIES (HSCRC Chief I) position is responsible for overseeing financial methodologies and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial methodologies to support cost review processes.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to existing financial systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on financial methodologies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on financial methodologies and cost review activities to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, or cost review.
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
- Experience with financial software and databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
