Set marketing and brand strategy across engineering services, defence-adjacent, real estate, and any new business line — reporting to the founders. You decide what Bear Systems sounds like in the market and are accountable for pipeline contribution, not just brand awareness.
Requirements
- Twelve or more years in marketing leadership
- Track record owning brand and demand generation together at a diversified or multi-line company
- Comfortable setting strategy while staying hands-on with execution
Nice to have
- Enterprise technology, defence, or real estate marketing background
Compensation
Senior leadership compensation, structured with a significant performance component.
