Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a marketing strategy aligning with the company's growth objectives
• Own marketing results, ensuring accountability for initiatives' effectiveness
• Collaborate with C-suite and sales leaders on go-to-market planning
• Lead marketing planning, including market analysis and positioning strategies
• Oversee execution of multi-channel campaigns targeting key markets
• Work cross-functionally to optimize customer journey experiences
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B software leadership experience
• Proven track record in demand generation, content, and event marketing
• Experience scaling startups to $200M+ ARR is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing automation and analytics frameworks
• Ability to lead complex marketing programs with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to work in person at the NYC office or travel frequently

Pay

$300,000 – $450,000 annually
