About the role

As Chief Marketing Officer, you will shape how DRMP identifies opportunities, builds client relationships, and wins work. You will connect marketing, business development, market intelligence, and communications into a coordinated strategy that supports profitable growth and lasting client relationships. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership. You will partner with firm and operational leaders to decide where to compete, develop client and pursuit strategies, and coach technical professionals to communicate their value. You will also build the marketing and business development team’s capability and strengthen DRMP’s market presence. The opportunity is to shape both the growth strategy and the practices that turn it into results.
