Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise marketing strategy to drive profitable organic growth.
- Help strengthen brand presence and create scalable local marketing strategies and playbooks while preserving each brand’s unique identity.
- Lead the evolution of the organization’s digital marketing strategy, bringing fresh thinking, innovative approaches, and best practices to strengthen digital capabilities, accelerate growth, and maximize marketing ROI.
- Identify opportunities to introduce and grow additional service lines across the organization.
- Use data, analytics, and customer insights to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and marketing ROI.
- Partner closely with operations and local leadership to turn marketing initiatives into measurable business results.
- Lead, develop, and build upon an already strong marketing team.
Ideal Background
- Proven success leading marketing for a large, multi-site, consumer-facing organization.
- Demonstrated experience driving organic growth across multiple locations, markets, or brands.
- Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, local-market strategy, and customer acquisition.
- Creatively analytical, with a clear understanding of attribution, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI.
- Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Private equity-backed or similarly high-growth experience is preferred.
