About the role
Responsible for overseeing the quality and safety of aircraft repair processes at BETA Air Repair. Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of aircraft repair processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance or quality assurance.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of FAA and industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
