About the role

Responsible for overseeing the quality and safety of aircraft repair processes at BETA Air Repair. Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of aircraft repair processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance or quality assurance.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of FAA and industry-specific regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance software systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
