Chief Innovation Officer
About the Role
For our client, we are seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This executive will shape and execute the enterprise innovation agenda, ensuring it is tightly aligned with strategic priorities and growth objectives. The role will focus on building a disciplined portfolio of innovation opportunities that can create meaningful enterprise value. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the organization to evaluate ideas, allocate investment wisely, and drive concepts from ideation through commercialization. Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the enterprise innovation strategy aligned to organizational priorities
- Establish and govern a balanced innovation portfolio across growth opportunities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for meaningful enterprise value
- Create visibility into innovation portfolio performance and investment allocation
- Design and operate the enterprise innovation operating system for opportunity management
- Lead concept development from ideation through commercialization
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in innovation, new business development, or related fields
- Proven success in launching new products, services, or growth initiatives
- Strong understanding of healthcare trends and technology disruption
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leaders and drive change
- Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial judgment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
Pay
Compensation: $272,200 – $408,400 annually
