About the role

Kumar Abhirup is looking for a proven growth operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of AI product positioning, storytelling, and the ability to translate complex tech into market pull. They should be comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to drive experiments and scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Take a product from 0 → 1 or 1 → 100k+ users through creative, data-driven experimentation
• Lead A/B tests, funnel experiments, CAC/LTV modeling, retention cohort analysis, and GTM dashboarding
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to turn insight → experiment → process → scale
• Create messaging, design, and narrative hooks that convert (understanding memes, virality, and brand timing)
• Find underpriced channels, hack algorithms, and systemize repeatable wins
• Run or advise performance and content teams across various platforms (email, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
• Model demand like an analyst and pitch vision like a founder
• (Bonus) Experience with AI, LegalTech, or SaaS go-to-market motion
• (Bonus) Experience building growth systems for startups scaling fast (YC, venture, or breakout tech companies)

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• 1+ years of experience in growth operations
• A proven track record of taking products from 0 to 100k+ users
• A deep understanding of AI product positioning and storytelling
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel experiments, CAC/LTV modeling, retention cohort analysis, and GTM dashboarding
• A high taste in messaging, design, and narrative hooks that convert
• Experience finding underpriced channels, hacking algorithms, and systemizing repeatable wins
• Experience running or advising performance and content teams across various platforms
• A strong grasp of both B2B and consumer funnels
• The ability to model demand like an analyst and pitch vision like a founder

• (Bonus) Experience building growth systems for startups scaling fast
