Main duties and responsibilities
- Leading accounting, finance, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, and financial reporting across the platform
- Partnering closely with the CEO and operating leaders to improve margins, inventory performance, procurement discipline, and return on invested capital
- Using data and analytics to identify opportunities for margin expansion, process efficiency, and working capital improvement
- Supporting plant level accountability and performance improvement across multiple locations
- Building a scalable finance and operating infrastructure to support growth
- Supporting acquisition diligence, integration planning, and post close execution for add on acquisitions
- Standardizing reporting, controls, KPI frameworks, and management processes across acquired businesses
- Partnering with leadership on capital allocation, strategic planning, and long-term value creation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years relevant finance and accounting experience
- Proven success as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader in a manufacturing environment
- Strong command of accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, internal controls, and KPI-based performance management
- Demonstrated success improving visibility into plant, customer, and product-line profitability in a manufacturing setting
- Multi-site manufacturing experience (ideal)
- Meaningful experience partnering with operations, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and/or plant leadership
- Demonstrated ability to work credibly with plant leaders and translate financial insight into operational action
- Demonstrated ability to improve reporting, process discipline, and decision support in a growing business
- Strong analytical capability combined with practical operating judgment
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- High integrity, accountability, and follow-through
- Strong cost accounting and operations finance background

Benefits
- Base salary up to $350,000, depending on experience
- Annual performance related bonus plan of between 20% and 40%
- Additional equity component with a targeted value of $400,000 to $500,000 upon exit
