Strategic Financial Leadership

• Serves as a key member of the executive leadership team to drive long-term organizational strategy and company direction.
• Develops and evaluates short- and long-term financial strategies and past performance to ensure sustainable growth.
• Communicates financial health, strategic pivots, and risk assessments to the CEO, COO and Board.
• Oversees capital allocation, including the evaluation of ROI for major investments and acquisitions.

Financial Governance & Oversight

• Provides high-level oversight of all fiscal functions, ensuring the Finance team maintains accurate general ledgers and payroll systems.
• Reviews monthly and annual financial statements to ensure absolute compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP.
• Establishes organizational policies and procedures that maintain fiscal integrity and significant operational impact.
• Files quarterly and annual tax returns.

Enterprise Risk & Insurance Management

• Oversees the organization’s comprehensive insurance programs and business office risk management.
• Ensures the organization is protected against financial loss through rigorous internal controls and audit readiness.

Executive Supervision & Departmental Synergy

• Directly supervises the Director of Finance, Director of IT, and Director of Revenue Cycle.
• Prioritizes work, conducts performance evaluations, and makes key hiring and disciplinary recommendations for department heads.
• Ensures IT and Billing systems are strategically aligned with the organization's financial reporting needs.
