Job Description

The CFO is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly into the CEO. The business has scaled quickly in recent years and is seeking a CFO who can bring structure, rigor and strategic financial oversight to support continued expansion. You will take full ownership of the finance function, providing both hands on leadership and strategic direction. This role requires an individual who is comfortable operating in a fast paced, evolving environment and who can bring clarity and control to complex and challenging business operations.

• Lead and develop the finance function, implementing best practice processes and controls
• Oversee all accounting, reporting and financial planning activities
• Drive improvements in financial systems, data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to support commercial decision making
• Manage cash flow, forecasting and working capital effectively
• Support bonding requirements and relationships with external stakeholders
• Provide leadership during continued growth, including potential system enhancements and operational scaling

• Base salary up to $240,000 to $ 250,000
