The Arc Westchester is seeking a seasoned, mission and values-driven executive to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will bring experience, presence, and maturity aligned with the organization's scale, community standing, and values.
Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with mission, values, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
- Set and advance organizational strategy.
- Oversee execution of the strategic plan.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centered services across a complex service portfolio.
- Ensure the organization remains well-positioned to respond to emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Oversight of a complex, multi-service organization with a significant geographic footprint, a large and diverse workforce, and a funding structure heavily reliant on public reimbursement.
Requirements
- Experience in executive leadership roles.
- Strong strategic judgment and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) field.
