About the Role
We are seeking a CEO for our Lakeway hospital location in Austin, TX. This role involves hands-on hospital operations management with a focus on business development, physician relations, quality services, and fiscal accountability. The ideal candidate should possess an MHA, MBA, or equivalent degree and at least five years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least three years in administrative and management positions. Prior experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for hospital management
- Lead initiatives in business development and physician relations
- Ensure high-quality services and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage financial resources and implement cost-saving measures
- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing patient satisfaction and program development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related discipline
- At least five years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Minimum of three years in administrative and management positions
- Prior experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation is preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend work as needed.
