What You Will Lead

- Oversee financial performance, including balance sheet strategy, ALM, liquidity, and interest rate risk

- Maintain a visible and accessible leadership presence
- Keep member value at the center of all decisions
- Strengthen IUCU’s presence and partnerships within the community
- Continue the credit union’s commitment to financial education and outreach
- Improve operational effectiveness across the organization
- Leverage technology to enhance member experience and internal efficiency
- Position the credit union to compete effectively in a changing landscape
- Partner closely with the Board to ensure strong governance and strategic alignment
- Communicate clearly and consistently across all levels of the organization
What You Bring to the Table
- Executive leadership in a financial institution (credit union preferred)
- Financial services experience with a deep understanding of credit union operations, member expectations, and cooperative principles
- Strong financial acumen with a proven ability in balance sheet management, asset/liability management, margin optimization, liquidity, and overall financial performance
- Demonstrated success in setting strategy and executing initiatives that meet or exceed board expectations
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, develop talent, and lead through leadership transitions while maintaining a strong, collaborative culture
- Experience working with regulators and managing enterprise risk
- Broad understanding of credit union operations, including lending, payments, and digital delivery channels
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with the board
