About the role
Seeking senior executives to join the firm. The role is currently a non-Executive role that would be transitioned to a full-time executive role soon.
Responsibilities
- In the executive capacity: Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a business.
- In the non-executive capacity, Analyse potential acquisition target from various points of view (financial, legal, accounting).
- Deliver results on a day-to-day, quarter-to-quarter basis.
- Report to the CEO.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills.
- Highly skilled and experienced in relevant fields such as Smart City Project operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Construction operations, M&A Legal Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions Accounts Management, Mining & Mineral operations, Oil & Gas, and Mining & Minerals.
- Experience with M&A Due Diligence and deep knowledge of the industry.
Qualifications
- For roles requiring a Board of Directors position: 20+ years of experience in Construction & Operations, M&A Legal Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions Accounts Management, Mining & Mineral operations, Oil & Gas, and Mining & Minerals.
- For roles requiring a full-time executive position: 20+ years of experience in Smart City Project operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Construction operations, M&A Legal Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions Accounts Management, Mining & Mineral operations, Oil & Gas, and Mining & Minerals.
- For roles requiring a part-time Board of Directors position: 20+ years of experience in Construction & Operations, M&A Legal Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions Accounts Management, Mining & Mineral operations, Oil & Gas, and Mining & Minerals.
