About the Role

Starkey is seeking a visionary CEO who leads with integrity and has executive management experience in a human services organization. The role involves financial oversight, employee supervision, and advocacy efforts. Responsibilities include managing a workforce of 380 employees, a $26.4 million operating budget (primarily from federal Medicaid funds), an $800,000 capital budget, over 40 facilities, CARF accreditation, and ongoing state and local advocacy.

Requirements

• Executive management experience with financial and employee supervisory responsibilities in a human services organization.
• Record of accomplishment leading a comparable-sized nonprofit.
• Previous personal or professional relationships with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
