About the role

Regency Hospital Minneapolis is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. The CEO plays a central role in leading and providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex situations and execute decisions effectively
• Provide hands-on hospital operations management in a critical care environment
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff
• Perform daily rounds on the nursing floor
• Comply with regulatory obligations and own the Complaint-Grievance Process
• Ensure hospital compliance with State, Federal, and JCAHO regulations
• Foster employee engagement
• Create, cultivate, and own a Top 10 Key Business Development Relationship list
• Implement the Corporate Case Management and PPS Model
• Prepare an Annual Operating Budget, a 3-year Capital Budget, and a Strategic Plan approved by the Governing Board
• Maintain a high ethical standard and adhere to all policies and standards

Requirements

• Master’s Degree
• Three (3) years leadership experience in healthcare
• Three (3) years management functions of finance, strategic planning, and community education of health programs
• Three (3) years operations experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting
