About the role

Humanidei is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Interim CEO. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the credit union movement, a passion for people-centric strategies, and a track record of driving organizational growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction and growth of Humanidei, aligning with the mission and vision of the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and member satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including credit unions, partners, and industry leaders.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing and communications plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leadership roles within the credit union industry.
• A proven track record of successful strategic planning and implementation.
• A deep understanding of credit union operations, member needs, and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a background in finance, marketing, or a related discipline.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
