Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities

• Defining and leading overall business strategy in collaboration with boards and stakeholders
• Driving revenue growth, operational performance, and financial sustainability
• Building and aligning executive teams around strategic goals and key initiatives
• Representing the organization to investors, partners, customers, and regulatory bodies
• Oversight of fundraising efforts, capital allocation, and investor communications
• Leading transformation initiatives such as restructuring, expansion, or go-to-market pivots
• Cultivating company culture, leadership development, and team accountability
• Supporting exit planning, M&A, or transition to permanent leadership when applicable

Requirements

• Proven executive experience, including having served as CEO, Founder, or C-suite leader
• Proven ability to lead through change, launch new ventures, or scale high-growth companies
• Deep operational and strategic experience across functions such as finance, people, product, and marketing
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A track record of fundraising, investor engagement, and/or M&A
• Experience across industries such as technology, healthcare, consumer goods, financial services, or education
• Prior experience in fractional, interim, or advisory roles
