About the role
The CEO will lead a B2B tech-enabled services business, leveraging both inorganic and organic growth strategies to achieve significant scale within four to five years.
Responsibilities
- Transform the company into a powerful platform business
- Acquire add-ons to enhance scale, product offerings, cross-selling, and multiple arbitrage opportunities
- Implement a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy and playbook
Requirements
- Business Model: B2B Tech-Enabled Services or Professional Services
- Functional: CEO of a $75mm-$200mm business, or #2 COO/President/CCO/CRO of a $200-500mm revenue business
- Orientation: Commercial focus with experience in sales, strategy, and go-to-market activities
- Private Equity Experience: Preferred
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Experience: Integration experience preferred
- Tenure: Over 20 years of progressive career success
