About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead a multi-site service business, leveraging both inorganic and organic growth strategies. The sponsor is committed to investing heavily to drive the company's scale.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the Company’s go-to-market strategy and institute a commercial playbook to establish enterprise level clarity on priority end markets and execute end market expansion strategy
• Lead the acquisition and subsequent integration of formerly founder-owned businesses into a unified scalable platform
• Develop, improve and leverage best in class training to build a high performing leadership bench

• Business Model: Distribution, Manufacturing or Multi-Site Service
• Functional: Top commercial leader of a $100mm-250mm in revenue multi-site services company OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $400mm-$750 in revenue
• Orientation: Well-rounded P&L experience is required, preferably with a depth of experience across sales, strategy, and Business Development.
• Private Equity: Not required
• M&A: Solid integration experience preferred
• Tenure: 15-25+ years of progressive career success
