Responsibilities

- Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance the hospital's performance.
- Promote and maintain a culture of inclusivity and diversity that respects and embraces everyone in the patient environment and workplace.
- Provide motivation and celebrate the achievements of your team along the way.
Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
- An alternative qualification includes a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree, as demonstrated by responsibilities such as overseeing hospital operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.
- A minimum of five years of management experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Senior Management position.
