Chief Executive Officer

The Role

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will drive the Cooperative’s markets growth and execution of its strategic vision. Leading a small but skilled team, this role encompasses leading international market development, implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies, overseeing operations and contracts with both growers and customers, and delivering revenue and operational innovation. You will strengthen existing customer relationships, grow new accounts and strategically build the Cooperative’s presence in both domestic and international markets.

Skills and Experience

• Highest level of experience in international sales and marketing development within the wine or broader beverage industry.
• Proven track record in international and domestic market growth, with a strong network and account management skills focused on retaining and expanding existing markets.
• Commercial acumen, contract negotiation experience, financial management, forecasting and strategic business planning are essential.
• Flexibility to travel internationally, high energy and a growth-oriented mindset are critical, along with the ability to lead collaborative, high performing teams while building enduring relationships across the industry.
