Compensation: Up to $11,000 in living support during the first 90 days.
Venture Builder: $80,000–$120,000 Annual Salary.

A Foundery isn't an accelerator. It isn't an incubator. It's a venture studio built for people who believe their intelligence is worth more than a paycheck. For 90 days, you'll build full-time from Princeton, New Jersey with one objective: Earn your first paying customer.

Responsibilities

• Validate real business opportunities.
• Build AI-native products and services.
• Interview customers and understand their problems.
• Acquire your first paying customers.
• Build repeatable business systems.
• Learn sales, operations, finance, marketing, and execution.
• Scale ventures using AI and automation.
• Work directly with experienced founders and operators.

Leadership Opportunities
