Chief Engineer

Making sure the hotel is in great working order!

• Works to meet all operational standards related to the Engineering Department.
• Conduct walk-throughs and assessment of maintenance and operation of the hotel structure, systems and equipment.

Rooms and Public Area Preventive Maintenance Program

• Consistently keep updated records of the program.

Works with all hotel management team and property General Manager

• Hire, train, supervise, coach and counsel associates, including managers.
• Ensure grounds are maintained in order to provide great arrival experience.

Implement hotel's safety and emergency policies and procedures

• Implement hotel's safety and emergency policies and procedures (i.e. evacuations, first aid, etc.).
• Follow hotel's OSHA Hazcom program.
• Use safe lifting techniques.
• Remove all safety hazards.
